OFSS Bihar 3rd Merit List 2019 Intermediate (11th) Admission Result

The Colleges Such as BRABU, BNMU, JPU, LNMU, TMBU, Magadh University, Patliputra University & VKSU releases their College Wise OFSS 1st / 2nd / 3rd Admission Merit List i.e. basis of OFSS Counseling for the Degree College. The Bihar School Examination Board initiated this counseling. For BA, BSc, BCom Degree College, it is a completely online counseling process. Students first registered for this online facilitation system (OFSS) student counseling. Once the OFSS Bihar 3rd Merit List has been released, the Admission Center will be required to report 2019 Counseling Result for Round 3rd students. वैसे विद्यार्थी, जिनका चयन तृतीय चयन सूची (Third Selection List) में नहीं हुआ है, के लिए आवश्यक सूचना
  • राज्य के इण्टरमीडिएट स्तर की शिक्षा प्रदान करने वाले मान्यता प्राप्त सभी सरकारी/गैर सरकारी उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय/इण्टर महाविद्यालय/सम्बद्धता प्राप्त डिग्री महाविद्यालय एवं अंगीभूत डिग्री महाविद्यालय में सत्र 2019-2021 में इण्टरमीडिएट कक्षा में OFSS (Online Facilitation System for Students) प्रणाली से नामांकन किये जाने की कार्रवाई की जा रही है। इस हेतु विज्ञप्ति संख्या 170/2019 को समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाशित करते हुए 10वीं कक्षा उतीर्ण विद्यार्थियों से दिनांक- 27/04/2019 से 11/05/2019 तक OFSS के वेब पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किये गए थे, जिसे बाद में विस्तारित किया गया था तथा बाद में अंतिम रूप से ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने की तिथि विज्ञापन के माध्यम से बढ़ाते हुए दिनांक 20/05/2019 तक आवेदन माँगे गए थे।
  • OFSS के माध्यम से मान्यता प्राप्त उपर्युक्त श्रेणी के +2 विद्यालयों/महाविद्यालयों में संकायवार सीट की संख्या एवं विद्यार्थियों द्वारा अपने ऑनलाइन आवेदन में दिये गए संस्थान, संकाय के विकल्प एवं आरक्षण कोटि के आधार पर द्वितीय चरण में नामांकन हेतु द्वितीय चयन सूची का निर्माण किया गया है। इस द्वितीय चयन सूची का निर्माण निम्नांकित विन्दुओं के आधार पर किया गया है :-
    1. +2 विद्यालयों/महाविद्यालयों में 11वीं कक्षा में नामांकन हेतु उपलब्ध सीट की संकायवार संख्या,
    2. विद्यार्थियों द्वारा OFSS Portal पर किये गए ऑनलाइन आवेदन में भरे गए संस्थान/संकाय का विकल्प,
    3. विद्यार्थियों के कक्षा 10वीं का प्राप्तांक,
    4. आरक्षण सम्बन्धी प्रभावी प्रावधान,
    5. वैसे संस्थानों में, जहाँ 12वीं की पढ़ाई के साथ 10वीं की पढ़ाई भी होती है, वैसे संस्थानों से उत्तीर्ण होने वाले विद्यार्थियों ने यदि 12वीं की पढ़ाई हेतु विकल्पों में अपने विद्यालय (जहाँ से उन्होंने 10वीं की कक्षा उतीर्ण की है), का विकल्प दिया है, तो ऐसे मामलों में उन विद्यार्थियों को राज्य सरकार के निर्णयानुसार अपने मूल संस्थान में नामांकन हेतु प्राथमिकता दी गई है, अर्थात यदि उनकों अपने मूल संस्थान से ऊपर का विकल्प नामांकन हेतु प्राथमिकता सूची में नहीं मिलता है, तो उनका चयन यथासंभव अपने मूल विद्यालय में नामांकन हेतु किया जायेगा। यह प्रावधान उस संस्थान में संबंधित संकायवार सीटों की रिक्ति, छात्र के प्राप्तांक एवं आरक्षण कोटी के आधार पर ही मान्य होगा। उदाहरणस्वरूप अगर किसी विद्यार्थी ने अपने विद्यालय का विकल्प, जहाँ से उन्होंने 10वीं की परीक्षा उतीर्ण की है, को छट्ठे स्थान पर दिया है और उनका चयन उनके मेधा एवं आरक्षण के आधार पर आठवें नम्बर के विकल्प में होता है, तो उस परिस्थिति में उन्हें छट्ठे नम्बर के अपने मूल संस्थान में नामांकन के लिए चयनित किया जायेगा, परन्तु अगर ऐसे विद्यार्थी का चयन तीसरे विकल्प (जो छट्ठे विकल्प से ऊपर है) के संस्थान हेतु होता है, तो उस स्थिति में उनका चयन तीसरे विकल्प में दिये गये संस्थान में नामांकन के लिए चयनित किया जायेगा। किन्तु किसी भी महाविद्यालय / संस्थान के लिए यह प्रावधान उनकी अधिकतम स्वीकृत सीमा के अन्तर्गत ही अनुमान्य है। अर्थात् यदि किसी संस्थान में अधिकतम स्वीकृत सीट संख्या (आरक्षण श्रेणीवार) से अधिक उसी संस्थान के विद्यार्थियों के इण्टर में नामांकन के लिए आवेदन दिया है तो वैसे स्थिति में आरक्षण श्रेणीवार मेधा सूची में ऊपर से सीमित संख्या (अधिकतम सीट क्षमता के अनुसार) का ही इस संस्थान में प्राथमिकता के आधार पर इस द्वितीय सूची में नामांकन किया जाएगा- शेष विद्यार्थियों (जो आरक्षण श्रेणीवार मेधा सूची में नीचे हैं) को उनका वह संस्थान नहीं दिया गया है – बल्कि उनके मेधा क्रम एवं उनके द्वारा भरे गए विकल्पों के आधार पर उनका संस्थान आवंटित किया गया है।विद्यार्थियों के हित में शिक्षा विभाग के पत्रांक 287,दिनांक- 29.05.2019 द्वारा कतिपय संस्थानों में सीटों की स्वीकृत संख्या में वृद्धि की गई है।
  • अतः उपरोक्त कंडिका-1 में अंकित तथ्यों के आलोक में समिति द्वारा इण्टर/+2 कक्षा में नामांकन हेतु द्वितीय चयन सूची (Third Selection List)दिनांक- 03.06.2019 जारी कर दी गई है, जिसे संबंधित +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय को उनके Login Id पर भेज दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालयों के अलग-अलग संकायों के विषयों का Cut Off Percentage (आरक्षण श्रेणीवार) भी समिति के Website पर जारी कर दिया दिया है, जिसे आवेदक समिति के वेबसाईट www.ofssbihar.in पर जाकर देख सकते हैं।
  • उक्त द्वितीय चयन सूची (Third Selection List) में आपका चयन नहीं हो सका है क्योंकि आपने नामांकन के लिए जो भी विकल्प (+2 विद्यालाय/महाविद्यालय/संकाय) भरा था, उनमें से आपके अंक (मार्क्स) एवं आरक्षण श्रेणी के आधार पर आपका चयन आपके द्वारा दिए गए किसी भी विकल्प (Choice) में संभव नहीं हुआ है। इस संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी हेतु आप OFSS Portalपर उपलब्ध सभी संस्थानों/संकायों का द्वितीय कट ऑफ लिस्ट (Third Cut Off List) देख सकते हैं, जिससे यह स्पष्ट होगा कि जिन-जिन +2 विद्यालयों/महाविद्यालयों/संकायों का विकल्प (Choice) आपने भरा था, उन सभी +2 विद्यालय/महाविद्यालय/संकायों का कट ऑफ अंक आपके अंक से ज्यादा है।
  • आपका चयन द्वितीय चयन सूची (Third Selection List)में नहीं हुआ है, अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप 04/06/2019से लेकर 10/06/2019 के बीच अपने User ID एवं Password के साथ OFSS Portal में Login कर नया विकल्प अर्थात +2 विद्यालय/महाविद्यालय/संकाय भरें, ताकि आपको दूसरी चयन सूची में आपके अंक एवं आरक्षण श्रेणी के आधार पर +2 विद्यालय/महाविद्यालय आवंटित किया जा सके। आपको यह भी सुझाव दिया जाता है कि आप नया विकल्प (Choice) के रूप में किसी +2 विद्यालय/महाविद्यालय/संकाय को चुनने/भरने के पहले आप समिति के वेबसाईट www.ofssbihar.in को खोल कर विभिन्न +2 विद्यालयों/महाविद्यालयों के अलग-अलग विषयों का द्वितीय कट ऑफ लिस्ट (Third Cut Off List) अवश्य देख लें, ताकि आपको इस बात की जानकारी मिल जाए कि आपके अंक एवं आरक्षण के आधार पर आपको द्वितीय चयन सूची में किन +2 विद्यालयों/महाविद्यालयों/संकायों में Admission मिल सकता है।
  • अतः आपको यह सुझाव दिया जाता है कि आप 04/06/2019से लेकर 10/06/2019 के बीच अपने User ID एवं Password के माध्यम से न्यूनतम 05 (पांच) तथा अधिकतम 20 (बीस) विकल्प भरें, ताकि आपके अंक एवं आरक्षण श्रेणी के अनुसार आपके विकल्प (Choice) के आलोक में द्वितीय चयन सूची में आपके नाम पर विचार किया जा सके।
  • द्वितीय चयन सूची (Third Selection List)के आधार पर नामांकन के बाद दिनांक /06/2019 को द्वितीय चयन सूची (Third Selection List) प्रकाशित किया जायेगा, जिसके आधार पर विद्यार्थी दिनांक 20/06/2019 से 25/06/2019 तक द्वितीय चयन सूची में आवंटित +2 विद्यालय/ महाविद्यालय/संकाय में नामांकन ले सकेंगे।
